具体职位如下:
1、Job title: Windows Operator
Key accountabilities :
Responsible for monitoring global bank Windows infrastructure and analyzing any errors reported. Such errors must be handled in a standard manner.
Escalate any Windows issues to Franfurt team.
To manage incident reporting through Peregrine Service Center
Execute tasks without errors as defined in the COCA task manager , for example, security patching
Education / skills required:
Ideally Experience in Windows Server Environment
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Team player and able to work independently
Able to work shift. (24/7)
Good communication skills in German (written, oral) and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English (written, oral) and interpersonal skills.
2、Job title: Unix/VMS Operator
Key accountabilities:
Responsible for monitoring global bank Unix/VMS infrastructure and analyzing any errors reported. Such errors must be handled in a standard manner.
Escalate any Unix/VMS issues to Franfurt team.
