1、Job title: Windows Operator

Key accountabilities :
Responsible for monitoring global bank Windows infrastructure and analyzing any errors reported. Such errors must be handled in a standard manner.
Escalate any Windows issues to Franfurt team.
To manage incident reporting through Peregrine Service Center
Execute tasks without errors as defined in the COCA task manager , for example, security patching


Education / skills required:
Ideally Experience in Windows Server Environment
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Team player and able to work independently
Able to work shift. (24/7)
Good communication skills in German (written, oral) and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English (written, oral) and interpersonal skills.


2、Job title: Unix/VMS Operator

Key accountabilities:
Responsible for monitoring global bank Unix/VMS infrastructure and analyzing any errors reported. Such errors must be handled in a standard manner.
Escalate any Unix/VMS issues to Franfurt team.
To manage incident reporting through Peregrine Service Center
Execute tasks without errors as defined in the COCA task manager


Education / skills required:
Ideally experience in Unix/VMS Environment (Training will be provided)

3、Job title: Network Operator

4、Job title: UAA + Techdesk

Reports to (Function): Manager of UAA + Helpdesk
 
Scope Criteria: global user account administration
Scope Criteria: IT helpdesk support cross Asia
 
Job purpose:
To perform user account control for 144 global applications
To provide IT Helpdesk support cross Asia
 
Key accountabilities (approx. 6-10):
Global user account administration
Responsible for account creation, modification and deletion in all the supported systems in bank.
Responsible for checking and verification of user access requests
Perform IT Operations functions for London users.
Carry out reconciliation for all ComAccess applications twice a year.
Manage and maintain user account records and archiving.
Documentation of user administrations processes.
 
IT Helpdesk support cross Asia
To act as single point of contact of ZIT Asia
Responsible for logging, analyzing and routing of call and request received from customer to the relevant team for follow-up actions
To liaise with each technical support team to make sure every call logged by customer is properly followed up
To follow incident and request management process to achieve customer satisfaction
To work on a 24*7 shift plan
Any other task as assigned
 

Education / skills required:
Bachelor degree
Proficiency in English and German
Responsible and committed to the tasks assigned.
Good inter-personal & communication skills.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to perform shift work.
Must be independent and able to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritize/schedule activities to meet the defined datelines.
Must be service-oriented in order to meet or exceed customer’s expectations.
