Execution of local packaging materials development jobs
执行本地包材开发工作。

Main Responsibilities/工作职责
1.Development local packaging materials for package launch or re-launch according to the following procedures
根据以下步骤为产品的上市/重新上市开发本地的包材
(1)Get specifications, drawings and standard samples from HH, and apply NARTs for new packaging materials in local SAP.
从德国总部拿到说明书、绘图和标准样品，在本地SAP系统中为新包材申请新的号码
(2)Confirm the possibility of local manufacturing based on HH’s information
基于汉堡总部的信息，确认本土制造的可能性
(3)Send local packaging materials to HH for compatibility test (usually 6 months)
将本地的包材发给汉堡总部做测试（通常为六个月）
(4)Execute pre-checking and send colored samples or molded samples to HH for color approval or mold confirmation in case of new color or new mold use
实行预前检验，如果使用新的颜色或新的模子，将颜色样本和模子样本发给汉堡总部，以得到总部确认
(5)Prepare packaging materials samples for trial run after HH’s mold release
汉堡总部放行模子后，为试生产准备包材样本
(6)Apply for new local specifications to HH soon after HH’s release of local packaging materials by compatibility test
经过测试汉堡总部放行本地的包材后，向总部申请新包材的详细说明
(7)Prepare BOMs of a finished good in local SAP
在本地SAP系统中，准备一个成品的批包装用料单
(8)Confirm total quality of the new package by necessary checking & tests
经过必要的检查和测试，确认新包材的整体质量
(9)Confirm operation suitability at the 1st filling and packing operation
在第一次的灌包装操作中，确认操作的适合性
2.Improving quality, specifications / standards, evaluation methods or development process of local packaging materials
改进质量、说明/标准、评估方法或本地包材的开发流程
3.Supporting other departments on issues related to packaging materials as a technical professional
作为技术专家支持其他部门与包材有关的问题

Qualification & Experience/职位要求
Knowledge and experiences in packaging materials fields (Experiences of PMs development are preferable) / Team work ability / Scientific curiosity / Ability to find unusual things (Sensitivity) / Mind of taking responsibility / Communication skills in English
有包材领域的知识和经验（有包材开发的经验更好） / 团队合作能力 / 科学的好奇心 / 敏感 / 有责任心 / 英语沟通能力

Education & Language/学历及语言要求
University graduate or higher from Scientific faculties
本科以上学历
