职位描述
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor and above, majoring in industrial techniques (welding related prefer); 大学本科以上学历，工程技术专业毕业（焊接相关专业更佳）
2. Over 3 years working experience in welding field, automotive bodyshop welding or resistance welding machine manufacture background would be prefer. 三年以上焊接领域工作经验，最好有汽车白车身焊接或电阻焊接设备制造厂的工作背景
3. Must be knowledgeable in resistance welding process and equipment. Automation knowledge is a plus 必须具备电阻焊接的设备和工艺知识, 若具有一定的自动化产品知识更佳
4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力
5. Good English language capability and computer skills. 优秀的英语读写能力和计算机使用能力
6. Available to travel all over China 能够适应国内出差

Job Description:
1. Technical support of welding business in China. 负责焊接行业中国区域的技术支持
2. Problem solving during designing, installation and commissioning in welding area. 解决设计、安装及调试过程中的焊接方面的疑难问题
3. Co-ordinate & support the sales to grow the market share and develop new concept and deliver them to customers and market. 协作和支持销售进行市场拓展，并提供客户和市场产品方案
4. Customized training for end user and OEM and prepare technical documents. 针对设备制造厂家和最终用户的应用培训，并且制作技术资料
5. Communicate China customer requirements to the technical departments in Headquarter.m 在中国用户需求与德国技术总部之间进行技术沟通
