Job Description 工作描述：
- Development about new products, the redesign and special customer application for the existing products, Reverse engineering, DTC. 开发新产品，根据客户特殊要求对现有产品进行再设计，逆向工程，基于成本考虑设计
- Responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation负责产品性能分析，技术可行性研究和评估
- Create the Feature Specification for new project based on the Requirement from PM基于产品管理的要求为新项目创建产品特性规范书
- Compile the related technical documentation and specification for products编写相关技术文档和产品规范
- Optimize the existing products in order to improve quality, performance, application, cost优化现有产品提高产品质量，性能，扩大应用范围，降低成本
- Take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems of new and existing products参与新产品和现有产品的质量问题的分析，决策，纠正预防措施
- Support the localization project for local material, production, etc在原材料和产品方面支持国产化项目
- Analyze the current market situation in cooperation with SLC Business Unit and colleagues from the R&D/PM Centers in Germany与西门子中国，德国研发和产品管理合作分析目前市场状态
- Support other internal departments as well as the Business Unit and the sales force in the regions in respect to technical questions and evaluation在技术问题和评估方面向内部其他部门和BU提供支持

Requirements职位要求：
- Most current technical knowledge in own field - LV switchgear; bachelor in engineering or qualified technician with professional experience机械或机电一体化专业，本科以上学历；
- RD experience with low-voltage switch;具有低压电器开发工作经验；
- Production, RD and quality management experience of low-voltage switch, devote to products management field具备低压电器生产、研发和品管经验并愿意在产品市场管理领域发展；
- Be familiar with PLM process and product application knowledge熟悉PLM流程和产品应用知识
- Fluent English，good communication skills.英语流利，较强的沟通能力
