Job Responsibilities:

1. General Ledger Accounting
Check & post booking instruction
Maintain monthly closing package, responsible for account reconciliation and make sure all the outstanding issues are followed up timely
Stock Accounting, checking stock movement, Collaborate with stock taking, Posting stock difference
Asset Accounting, asset acquisition, change, scrap, disposal ; Yearly Fixed assets physical count action, publish final report and make the adjustment in SAP
Accomplishing month end closing, year end closing
Ensure that the reporting data are correct and complete according to the requirements of IFRS and Corporate Finance guideline
2. Reporting, tax and auditing
Responsible for checking BS, PL and CF report , prepare KBD monthly report; Prepares PRC, IFRS financial reports
Perform tax entry in SAP; prepare tax reports (internal and external), file with tax bureau corporate income tax, VAT, Business tax, IIT and other tax
VAT invoice management (VAT-in verification and VAT-in invoice filing)
Assist transfer price calculation and TP documentation
Coordination and support of auditing and ICRs
Reporting to local Finance Bureau, Statistic Bureau
3. Coordination and supporting
Quarterly and Yearly Financial Aid application
Coordination of SAP related activities
Assist accounting manager to liaise with local government authorities for various activities as needed

Requirements:
-Strong knowledge and deep understanding in accounting
- Four years working experience on accounting, at least two years on GL position
- Knowledge on both PRC gaap and IFRS, familiar with tax issues
- Bachelor degree or above, accounting major or other related majors
- Good English ability, open minded, easy going and strong communication ability
- Skills in SAP and auditing experience is a plus
- High sense of responsibility, patient, can work under pressure
- Good team player, honest
- Strong learning ability
