Business Area:Medical
Goals/Mission
Manage fixed assets and outsourced service in an efficient way to improve their productivity.
Tasks
1.Nationwide administration on Fixed Assets planning, budget check, following singature on purchase requisition, placing PO, follow IR. Fixed assets change, write-off handling. Organize FA year end stocktaking
2.Place PO for outsourced service and book related expense to Cost Centers (such as regional annual meeting / seminar, car leasing, freight cost booking, individual training fee, apartment rental, postage fee, mobile fee booking, office supplies, Audit charge, etc). Ensure to use the correct account numbers and cost centers with support of SASC
3.Assist Logistics Manager to handle miscellaneous tasks
Knowledge/Languages
1.SAP know-how
2.Accounting knowledge
3.Language: overall English capability
4.Computer ability, good at Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience
1.Experience in commercial or financial field.
2.Well practiced in value flow of SAP is preferred.
3.experience in service prefered
4.Working experience in multinational company is preferred
