技能要求：
 3年以上电气元器件和柜体/钣金件采购经验，熟悉国内电气市场。
 优秀的沟通技巧，及谈判技巧。
 优秀的英语听说读写能力，可作为工作语言交流。
 了解国际贸易，及进出口政策的指示。
 有SAP经验者优先。

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Familiar with domestics market and purchasing channel of electronic and automation industry, expert in importing and purchasing electric components and structure parts, both for local and international purchasing;
 Responsible for strategic purchasing, negotiating with suppliers for conditions, including price, long payment term, warranty period etc;
 Keep close coordination with internal departments including order planning, and external vendors to ensure project rate of progress.
 Accomplishment key and complicated purchase including Metro import components, Crane motors;
 Arrange import shipment and customs clearance;
 Ensure SAP MM module implemented successfully, solve problems for end users and maintain SAP material master, vendor and information recorder.
