Job Description:
Implementation of the compliance program (communication, guidelines, training, work plan, controls) in line with the Siemens (SAG & SLC) requirements
Co-ordination of the various parts of the program (ICR, ICS, P2P etc.) within SWAS
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and the business conduct guidelines (prevention & detection)
Ensuring performance of all compliance related controls (business related controls, internal control system etc.)
Reporting the status of the compliance program and all compliance related issues to SWAS management (Compliance Review Boards) and SLC Group Compliance Officer
Qualification:
MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
English Written/Spoken
Understanding of legal and commercial issues
Financial Background (US GAAP)
3-5 years experience in operating business; legal background, controlling and governance role desirable
