职位描述：
Job Description:
o Leads and manages the project/subproject organization in order to get the project initiation, preparation, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing done according to NSN project processes and principles. Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project or subproject (region, zone, phase) according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget
o Ensure implementation of services in delivery scope and final site acceptance - overall responsibility for customer acceptance
o Plan and communicate accurate rollout demand figures for demand planning process
o Ensure that all project (roll-out) targets are met e.g. progress, quality and cost by using global tools, interfaces and standard site process milestones
o Lead and monitor the project/sub project team including partner/service suppliers Key Tasks:
Scope Management
o Monitor scope, implement change control process and handle claim management, ensure Customer acceptance for the network sites and system
o Cost Management
- Responsibility for the project cost baseline in own responsibility area. Costs include services, HW and SW products, service costs and local materials
- Responsibility for initiating customer invoicing after acceptance
o Quality Management
- Monitoring and controlling quality (for way of working and site quality)
o Resource Management
- Planning of resources within the project, organize and lead the project teams
o Communication Management
- Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the project teams
o Risk Management
- Identify, analyze risks, plan and implement risk response actions

Requirement & Key Professional Competencies
o Henan local residence
o Telecom or computer science
o Over 5 years of project management experience
