Requirement
1、3+years experience at customer service function, such as after-sales service and sales/customer training
2、Strong at communication skill, cooperation and negotiation
3、Quick responses and customer oriented
4、ISO/TS16949experience and knowledge
5、Good communication and customer service skills, able to work independently and under pressure
6、Bachelor degree, major in engineering or electronic
7、Fluency in English and mandarin
Responsibility
1、Cooperated with colleagues and department head to dealing with the daily service related issues，provide documents，reports and services to department head，provide service to customers
2、Confirm schedule to customer and respond customer inquiry 3、Be number of quality improvement project such as 8D，FMEA 4、Special projects as requested
